What is lift wrapping?
The lift is the first thing tenants judge.
Scuffed stainless, peeling laminate and scratched panels tell anyone stepping in exactly what the building management thinks of the building. Lift interior wrapping transforms the car, the doors and the lobby in a weekend.
Architectural film is applied to the existing interior panels of the lift car. Nothing is removed or replaced. The film changes the surface completely. Brushed stainless, dark timber, concrete, stone. Any finish that reads as considered in a commercial environment.
The films used are fire-rated to Class B or Class 1 as required for occupied commercial buildings. Full product data sheets and certification are provided with every commercial installation. Everything needed for compliance records, ready before work starts.
Most lift wrapping projects in Cambridge are completed over a weekend. The lift is taken out of service on Friday evening and back in operation Monday morning. Tenants experience no disruption. The building manager gets a transformed common area and documentation already in order.
